As soon as connected, you will immediately notice the difference: the fullest and most linear delivery is felt from the first moments, and the greater torque is well perceptible from the push on the seat.
Thanks to the wiring supplied with automotive approved connectors, installation is easy and safe. We do not use any connector that has not been approved for safety reasons.

CONFIGURE YOUR CHIP
The remapping of the ECU is a reprogramming of the ECU of the car, which we perform with the aim of improving the efficiency of the engine and allowing you to develop more power.
The optimization of the torque curve, more intense and pleasant, also helps to reduce fuel consumption in the mixed cycle. On turbo diesel engines in particular, we can obtain an increase in the torque curve even with a significant fuel saving that can be evaluated on average in about 10-15% (with the same performance).

PARTICULATE FILTER SOLUTION FAP / DPF
The solution of the FAP-DPF from the control unit consists in a modification of the file present inside the engine control unit, through which the control and management of the particulate filter are eliminated.
This operation - combined with the physical elimination of the filter from the exhaust system - allows you to definitively solve all the problems caused by the particulate filter.
EGR VALVE SOLUTION
The solution of the EGR valve from the control unit consists in a modification of the file inside the engine control unit, through which the control and management of the EGR valve are eliminated.
This operation allows you to definitively solve all the problems caused by the EGR valve without the need to manually intervene on it (no need, therefore to apply metal blades to close the gas passage).
This mechanical operation is necessary only if the valve is so blocked that it does not respond to the commands of the control unit.
The exclusion of the SRC-ADBLUE system is useful in cases where the system is inefficient or damaged / malfunctioning.
By means of a software modification of the file present in the engine control unit, the functionality and control of the SCR-ADBLUE system by the control unit are inhibited.
SWIRL OFF SOLUTION
The exclusion of the suction blades system (called SWIRL or FLAPS) is useful in cases where the system is inefficient or damaged / malfunctioning (and sometimes dangerous as pieces of these valves could come off and end up in the engine, with imaginable results).
By means of a software modification of the file present in the engine control unit, functionality and control of the SWIRLs by the control unit are inhibited.
TVA OFF VALVE
The exclusion of the intake throttle system (called TVA) is useful in cases where the system is inefficient or damaged / malfunctioning.
By means of a software modification of the file present in the engine control unit, the functionality and control of the FLAP by the control unit are inhibited.
SELECTIVE DTC ELIMINATION
The selective elimination of the DTCs allows us to eliminate fault codes from the engine control unit (PXXXX) so that they are no longer displayed.
The service and its effectiveness depend on the type of engine control unit on which the modification is to be made.
It is always good to ask our technical team for information on the feasibility based on the control unit.
LAMBDA / CAT OFF / OPF OFF
The exclusion of the secondary lambda probe is necessary in cases where a sports exhaust is installed. With this modification, the control and management applied by the control unit to the lambda probe is inhibited, avoiding the failure and recovery warning lights. On the latest generation cars, it is possible to disable the management and functionality of the particulate filter of the turbo petrol engines OPF / GPF from software.
DSG GEARBOX REMAPPING
By modifying the management software of the DSG automatic transmission, it is possible to optimize various functional parameters and activate new features.
Advantages of a gear remapping:

- Reduction of shift times
- Ability to eliminate kickdown in Manual
- Ability to maintain kickdown in S mode
- Launch control activation and speed threshold modification
- Possibility to raise the speed limiter

SPEED LIMITER DEACTIVATION
Exclusion of the maximum speed limiter set by the manufacturer. Use purely on the circuit, the customer is responsible for his behavior on the public road.
HOT START SOLUTION
A recurring problem affecting Volkswagen group engines with pump injector injection system is difficult starting when the engine is hot. This problem, if not resolved in a short time, can lead to excessive wear of the starter motor (which has to do many more turns before the engine starts) and of the battery, which must sustain a longer effort
POPS & BANGS
The bursts at the release of the gas and the "popcorn" effect typical of racing cars is the result of a software modification carried out so that a detonation occurs in the exhaust when the accelerator pedal is released.
It is possible to request the modification combined with a remapping of the STAGE 2 control unit.
ATTENTION: it is necessary to replace the original downpipe of the car with a racing one (which we can supply) and it is a modification not applicable to all cars.
Not recommended on old, mileage or very worn engines.
The bench test (or "dyno") allows the real measurement of the power delivered by the motor. The more the bench is precise, the result will be so reliable. For this, our Soft-Engine bench presents the mono roller solution, one in which the car's wheel rests on the top of the roller and not in the center of the rollers. This solution is more technical and efficient than the traditional system, the specific tire pressure is reduced and allows long and reliable tests.
It is also equipped with the SYNCRO system, a system to synchronize the speed of the rollers of the front module with that of the rollers of the rear module. In this way it is possible to perform bench tests in any condition despite the presence, in the latest generation vehicles, of advanced "Traction control" systems.
Finally, thanks to the two electromagnetic brake modules it allows precise braking tests and with simulation of the road and of the aerodynamic coefficient at high speeds.
It is currently the most advanced car test bench on the market and complies with the latest regulations.
The test room we have set up is soundproofed and monitored by the automatic weather station, thanks to which it is possible to constantly monitor temperature, atmospheric pressure and % humidity.
